What success did we aim to create?

One Telecommunications tasked us with creating a mobile brand experience that would connect with audiences across all 12 regions of Albania. The goal was to increase brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and build emotional resonance with diverse local communities, positioning One as a truly national telecom leader.

How did we create the success?

As a retail design agency with expertise in experiential brand engagement, we designed a fully mobile, regionally adaptive pop-up booth that would celebrate Albania’s cultural and geographic diversity. Key elements included:

  • Contextual Design: The booth was created to visually blend into various landscapes—from city centres to remote mountain villages to Adriatic coastal towns—making the One brand feel locally rooted.
  • Engaging Interior: Inside the booth, visitors encountered a memorable photo opportunity and received free promotional items. At the heart of the experience stood the iconic One circular arch, reinforcing brand recognition.
  • Scalable Mobility: The booth was engineered for easy transport and setup, enabling seamless movement throughout the year-long nationwide tour.
  • Emotional Connection: Each stop offered a hyper-localised moment, immersing One into everyday life across Albania’s regions and strengthening customer relationships.

What were the results?

The brand experience booth brought One into the heart of every Albanian region, enhancing brand perception and uniting the company’s national audience. The campaign delivered increased footfall at pop-up locations and reinforced One’s identity as a connected, community-first telecom brand.
