One Telecommunications engaged us to deliver a bold, seasonal retail marketing strategy that would increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and reinforce its position as a market leader in Albania’s telecom sector during the peak holiday period.

As a retail design agency with a focus on integrated campaigns, we created Gift More, Get More—a highly visible, multi-platform concept designed to capture attention and build brand engagement. Our approach included:
- Striking Visual Concept: A towering stack of Christmas gift boxes was developed as the core visual asset, symbolising the value-packed offers from One.
- Omnichannel Activation: The campaign rolled out across store fronts, 3D retail displays, public environments, and Albania’s most-watched TV stages.
- Early Market Entry: By launching ahead of competitors, we secured a lead in consumer awareness during a critical promotional window.
- Brand Consistency: All visuals were aligned across digital and physical spaces to maximise impact and recognition throughout the festive season.
What were the results?
The campaign delivered strong commercial outcomes:
- 82% brand awareness
- 108,000 new customers
- 41% market share
