Mega Image partnered with us to deliver a retail brand transformation across its 800+ store network in Romania. The aim was to revitalise the in-store brand experience through a clear, consistent, and flexible signage system that would simplify navigation, unify store environments, and strengthen core brand messaging across all touchpoints.

As a leading retail design agency, we developed a scalable signage and branding system focused on clarity, cohesion, and operational efficiency.
Our strategic approach included:
- Signage Hierarchy: We established a visual system with tiered information levels—product zones, categories, subcategories, price, and promotion—to improve wayfinding and customer understanding.
- Consistent Brand Cues: A distinctive mesh signage style, bold typography, and the Mega Image stripe motif unified store zones and reinforced visual identity.
- Colour Strategy: A refreshed palette was designed to differentiate product categories, enhance own-brand visibility, and build store ambience.
- Redefined Brand Red: The brand’s iconic red was selectively applied at high-impact zones like cashiers, service points, and uniforms, making it a strong navigational and brand recall tool.
- Guided Implementation: A rollout manual supported execution across diverse store formats, ensuring fast, consistent deployment across the network.
