Public challenged us to create a new flagship retail concept that would integrate the extensive MediaMarkt product range under the Public brand. The aim was to deliver a future-proof retail design that positioned Public as the ultimate omnichannel destination for tech, culture, and home products—while increasing footfall, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting long-term store rollout across Greece and Cyprus.

What were the results?
Pilot stores in Athens Mall and Gerakas have seen a measurable increase in sales and customer footfall. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with the new format receiving top ratings for in-store experience. The modular system has enabled smooth adaptation across varied store footprints, setting the foundation for national and cross-border rollout.
