What success did we aim to create?
We aimed to create a standout retail brand transformation within Panorama Shopping Centre by designing a 1,000-square-metre gourmet destination that would drive increased footfall, elevate customer engagement, and boost sales through a premium, immersive food retail experience.
How did we create the success?
As a retail design agency, we developed a strategic concept that brought over 20 gourmet retailers together under one roof while preserving their individual identities.
Our approach focused on:
- Creating a unified brand experience: We crafted a warm, inviting environment where customers could unwind and explore
- Individualised retail spaces: Each vendor was given a distinct, approachable setting to reflect their unique culinary story
- Customer-centric layout: The space was designed for flow, relaxation, and discovery, turning everyday shopping into a sensory journey
- Storytelling through design: We used spatial storytelling to encourage exploration of world-class cuisine and locally sourced delicacies
The outcome was a retail destination that merged functionality with emotional resonance.

- Monthly turnover tripled
- Purchases increased 14 times
- Footfall to the shopping centre rose by 6 percent
