What success did we aim to create?
We were briefed to create a bold retail marketing strategy and visual identity for One Telecommunications’ new Ultra Unlimited data plans. The goal was to differentiate the product as truly unlimited in a crowded telecom market, while using the retail network as a powerful tool to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and brand engagement.
How did we create the success?
As a strategic retail design agency, we focused on concept development and high-impact visual execution. Key steps included:
- Naming and Identity Design: We created the name Ultra Unlimited and transformed One’s brand icon into an infinity loop, visually symbolising the limitless nature of the new product.
- Retail-First Rollout: Embracing our belief that “the store is a billboard,” we launched the identity across all 130+ retail locations in Albania, ensuring immediate visibility.
- Campaign Messaging: The visual language was bold, clean and disruptive—featuring the loop breaking through text to reflect the product’s promise of breaking limits.
- Cross-Channel Activation: The campaign extended beyond stores into digital channels, supported by a national video campaign and consistent messaging across marketing platforms.
What were the results?
Ultra Unlimited was successfully launched nationwide, positioning One as an innovative leader in mobile data offers. The campaign helped accelerate customer growth and strengthen One’s market share. Clear, consistent messaging and bold in-store branding delivered tangible increases in footfall and product awareness across Albania.
