One Telecommunications needed a high-impact, flexible kiosk design that replicated the full in-store brand experience across shopping centres in Albania. The aim was to ensure a seamless customer journey, reinforce the newly rebranded retail identity, and drive increased footfall through strategic visibility and service-led design.

As a retail design agency with a deep understanding of store design outcomes and brand experience, we focused on translating the full store environment into a compact 3.5m x 3.5m x 1.6m kiosk.

Key strategies included:

  • Designing for 360-degree visibility to optimise footfall in high-traffic areas
  • Integrating One Telecommunications’ core brand asset: service
  • Creating a standout beacon effect with bold lower counter branding, inspired by their store facades
  • Highlighting the One 2 One service desk using the brand’s iconic in-store colours to ensure intuitive customer navigation
  • Replicating the in-store two-tier product display system for familiarity and merchandising efficiency
  • Maximising the height allowance with multifunctional totems to support retail marketing strategy and product display

This design ensured that even in a compact footprint, customers experienced the same service quality, branding, and engagement as a full retail store.
