What success did we aim to create?

We were engaged to deliver a retail brand transformation that would unify One Telecommunications and ALBtelecom under a single brand identity. The goal was to create a strategic design and communications framework that introduced the merged brand with clarity, confidence, and impact—while preparing the market for One’s future regional growth.

How did we create the success?

Acting as creative directors, we led the brand merge strategy through a bold, customer-facing campaign titled Choose the Power to Combine. Our strategic design approach included:

  • Campaign Concept: A unifying message that highlighted the synergy between the two brands—One’s dynamic mobile offer and ALBtelecom’s heritage in home internet and TV services.
  • Visual Integration: We merged brand colour palettes (azure blue and burgundy red) into a vibrant new purple, signalling transformation and unity.
  • Cross-Touchpoint Rollout: The campaign identity was applied across all physical and digital customer touchpoints, including:
    • Retail environments
    • Online platforms and apps
    • Sales materials and in-store comms
    • Regional marketing assets
  • Customer Engagement: Clear messaging and unified visuals helped build familiarity and emotional alignment with the new One Super Family brand narrative.

What were the results?

The campaign established a clear and compelling foundation for One’s new brand direction. It delivered strong customer recognition, enhanced store design outcomes, and aligned teams and channels under one vision. The design approach positioned One for seamless brand expansion across Albania and the wider region.
