One Albania needed to deliver a seamless retail brand transformation following new ownership under 4iG. The goal was to unify Albtelecom and One under a single, compelling brand identity—enhancing in-store experience, increasing footfall, and building a modern, customer-focused presence across Albania.
How did we create the success?
As a long-standing retail design agency partner for One Albania, we led a strategic rebranding initiative that spanned retail, corporate, and event environments:
- Store Concept Development: We designed a unified retail concept to integrate Albtelecom locations under the One brand. Key sites included flagship locations and the high-traffic One Airport lounge.
- Brand Experience Integration: We delivered cohesive graphic communications and spatial branding to reinforce One Albania’s retail marketing strategy and support daily campaign activity.
- Internal & External Marketing Support: Our scope included rebranding offices, campaign graphics, and visual assets for flagship events such as the Tirana Marathon, One TV launch, and One Fiber to Home campaigns.
- Ongoing Collaboration: With deep understanding of the brand’s evolution, we provided agile, day-to-day support, ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint.
