What success did we aim to create?
Neptun partnered with us to deliver a next-generation retail brand transformation in Fier, Albania. The goal was to create a future-ready home electronics retail experience that integrates omnichannel convenience, improves customer flow, and increases conversion rates, while making the store a physical expression of Neptun’s brand identity and service values.

Key design strategies included:
- Open and Inviting Entry: A welcoming façade and visual merchandising drew customers in from the street.
- Interactive Journey: The store layout promoted exploration, with linear lighting guiding customers to destination zones.
- Service-Led Planning: Key service points were placed exactly where support is needed, improving satisfaction and reducing friction.
- Integrated Digital Touchpoints: Click & Collect and online browsing integration brought omnichannel capabilities to life.
- Real-Life Product Grouping: Products were displayed in relatable contexts, supported by adjacent upsell opportunities.
- Distinct Brand Environment: A bold interior design scheme featuring a dark blue ceiling and angular materials reinforced Neptun’s tech-forward identity.
