What success did we aim to create?
Mega Image engaged us to complete a wide-scale retail brand transformation across its Romanian store network. The goal was to create a bold, cohesive façade and window branding concept that would elevate the brand experience, improve store visibility, and better align the external identity with the in-store customer journey.
How did we create the success?
As a long-standing retail design agency partner to Mega Image, we developed a strategy focused on high visual impact and efficient implementation.
Our approach included:
- Enhancing the façade with expanded use of Mega Image’s signature red, making stores stand out in both urban and rural settings
- Unifying exterior and interior design through a distinctive stripe motif and consistent colour application
- Designing bold, illustrative window graphics that reflect the fast-paced nature of convenience food retail and communicate key shopper benefits
- Creating a scalable concept for rapid roll-out across 428 stores, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum brand cohesion
This approach reinforced brand recognition and simplified the customer journey from pavement to checkout.
