As a trusted retail design agency, we crafted and implemented a comprehensive Christmas campaign titled Christmas with Beckworth. Our strategic design approach included:

  • Thematic Concept Development: A warm, welcoming and recognisably festive theme was built around the word CHRISTMAS, linking experiences across the Glasshouse Restaurant, the Foodhall and the Christmas Tree Market.
  • Visual Identity and Brand Continuity: We designed graphical illustrations using the Beckworth brand pattern to ensure consistency, overlaid on rich seasonal colours and festive messaging.
  • Store Transformation Messaging: To manage operational disruption, the phrase “It’s beginning to look like…” was introduced across touchpoints to build excitement and shift perception from disruption to anticipation.
  • Multichannel Execution: The campaign extended across online content, social media, menus, signage and printed collateral, ensuring full customer immersion.
  • Interior Enhancements: Seasonal decor such as fairy-light balls and oversized wreaths complemented the existing restaurant interiors to enhance the Christmas brand experience.
