Food offer in Beckworth Emporium is focused on providing customers something different and unique. The Food-hall design concept was targeted to introduce the new brand experience and make it a part of Beckworth customer journey.
New food-hall layout and product adjacencies were supported by new food hall signage and branding concept. New till fixtures, dedicated areas for trolleys, walls with tongue & groove panelling and colour scheme add to customer experience.
New tone of voice is applied across the Food-hall with descriptive signage such as ‘Fresh & Chilled’, ‘Fruit & Veg’ and the ‘Bottle Shop’.
Branded packaging ‘Beckworth in the box’ adds the final touch of exclusivity.
Keeping the Food-hall of a market feel but giving it a facelift in a cost-effective way, the new branding has improved perception of the Beckworth business.
