Reval Café partnered with us to launch a new concept store in Tartu, Estonia. The objective was to create a standout retail brand experience that combined functionality with comfort—catering to both casual city visitors and office workers. The café needed to reflect Reval’s evolving identity, enhance customer engagement, and serve as a blueprint for future store design outcomes.

Key strategic solutions included:
- Zoned Customer Journey: Three clearly defined seating zones guided flow and dwell time, including a linear banquette and a communal table.
- Visual Merchandising: A thoughtfully placed servery and display counter showcased Reval’s food and beverage offer, maximising the sensory appeal.
- Atmospheric Design: Natural light from large riverside windows was balanced with soft furnishings, layered textures, and dimmable lighting for all-day ambiance.
- Subtle Brand Integration: Reval’s pink and blue identity was applied through embossed details, planter features, and a refined material palette.
- Architectural Detailing: Timber ceiling rafts and slatted wall features added warmth and scale to high ceilings, supported by intimate pendant lighting.
What were the results?
The Tartu café has been widely praised by customers and staff for its welcoming atmosphere and functional elegance. The new concept has set a benchmark for future store rollouts, with elements already being adapted across the wider Reval Café portfolio.
