Retail Elegance, Reimagined

Pomax - Belgium & Netherlands

What success did we aim to create?

Pomax partnered with us to elevate the commercial performance of its stores in Belgium and the Netherlands. The aim was to deliver a retail brand transformation that would enhance visual merchandising, improve store layout, and create more structured, engaging environments that reflect Pomax’s values of quality, charm, and natural beauty—all while driving increased footfall and sales across multiple retail formats.

How did we create the success?

As a retail design agency, we combined strategic spatial planning with brand-led merchandising to deliver clear store design outcomes.

Key actions included:

  • Defined Zones: We restructured stores to introduce clearly segmented areas for kitchenware, lighting, accessories, and seasonal ranges.
  • Visual Merchandising Strategy: Vertical merchandising, symmetry, and product hierarchy were used to focus customer attention and improve shoppability.
  • New Fixture System: A flexible, multi-purpose fixture solution was developed to support Pomax’s broad product range while maintaining aesthetic consistency.
  • Shop-in-Shop Concept: To support growth, we created a scalable shop-in-shop model for smaller and multi-brand retail locations.
  • Training and Rollout: All improvements were delivered with full documentation and staff training to support long-term implementation.

What were the results?

The new concept was rolled out across five flagship stores and multiple shop-in-shop locations in Belgium.

Results included:

  • Increased store traffic and stronger customer engagement
  • Clearer product presentation and structured customer journeys
  • Record-breaking sales performance in key locations
