What success did we aim to create?

We were appointed to deliver a complete retail brand transformation for Telekom Albania, reintroducing the business as One Telecommunications. The objective was to rebrand 128 stores nationwide with a bold, unified identity that would differentiate the company from competitors and deliver an elevated brand experience for Albanian customers.

How did we create the success?

Our approach combined strategic planning with efficient execution across a diverse retail network.

We delivered:

  • A scalable store concept with two distinct zones: a bright, accessible product area and a warm, service-focused consultation space
  • A material palette that clearly defined functions: timber herringbone floors and navy porcelain tiles to distinguish customer journeys
  • Integrated fixture systems with built-in lighting and security to future-proof the design and enable flexible merchandising
  • A striking blue entrance and illuminated façades to maximise brand visibility and ownership of store exteriors
  • Collaborative development of a consistent brand identity across physical and digital environments in partnership with local agencies

This design strategy allowed for minimal disruption during rollout while achieving maximum impact.

What were the results?

Despite launching during the global pandemic, the One Telecommunications store network successfully opened with a strong new identity. Customer experience improved across all formats, and rollout continues due to the concept’s scalability and performance. The flagship store in Tirana was planned for launch shortly after.
