What success did we aim to create?
Neptun Albania partnered with us to create quick, measurable improvements in-store that would increase sales, strengthen brand experience, and drive more focused retail marketing strategy. The goal was to prove the commercial potential of design-led thinking in a fast and efficient way.
How did we create the success?
As a retail design agency with expertise in brand evolution, focused on practical outcomes, we began with a Quick Wins project aimed at driving immediate improvements in-store. Our approach included:
- POS Strategy: We developed a flexible point-of-sale system inspired by Neptun’s brand identity, designed to highlight high-priority products across store locations.
- In-Store Activation: These modular POS units were placed at key points throughout the store, helping guide customer attention and influence purchase decisions.
- Brand Integration: The system was built to align seamlessly with Neptun’s existing brand, elevating consistency while energising the retail space.
- Omnichannel Application: The same visual language was adapted for Neptun’s website and marketing communications, reinforcing the brand and improving customer recognition across platforms.
What were the results?
The POS system quickly became a valuable asset across physical and digital channels. It helped refocus customer attention, boost engagement, and deliver a more commercial store environment. The success of the Quick Wins project validated the value of strategic design and is now part of Neptun’s brand toolkit.
