What success did we aim to create?

Mega Image tasked us with delivering a cohesive retail brand transformation for its rapidly expanding Shop&Go convenience store format across Romania. The objective was to create a distinct façade and instore branding concept that aligned better with the parent Mega Image brand while clearly communicating Shop&Go’s fast, fresh and convenient shopping promise to urban, neighbourhood and commuter audiences.

How did we create the success?

As a trusted retail design agency, KVB Design developed a scalable and strategic branding system tailored to Shop&Go’s varied location types.

Key design outcomes included:

  • A refreshed Shop&Go logo to modernise the visual identity
  • New façade architecture incorporating flag signs and totems to establish brand visibility and cohesion with Mega Image
  • Three custom window graphic concepts reflecting store proximity and setting
  • An instore signage and fixture strategy that mirrored the exterior design, reinforcing branding and enhancing store design outcomes
  • Clear, bold in-store messaging to improve navigation and highlight the core product offer

This approach ensured brand clarity, improved customer experience, and a seamless integration across multiple formats.
