What success did we aim to create?

Germanos, with over 270 stores across Greece, tasked us with creating the most contemporary retail environment in global tech retail. The aim was to deliver a full retail brand transformation that modernised the store portfolio, elevated brand experience, and positioned Germanos as an industry leader in electronics and digital services through innovative, interactive retail design.

How did we create the success?

As Germanos’ long-standing retail design agency, we worked closely with their trade marketing team to redefine their customer experience and brand environment.

Key elements of our approach included:

  • Developing a new store identity rooted in customer interaction and live technology demonstrations
  • Placing key product experiences at eye level and on tabletops to encourage trial and engagement
  • Incorporating natural materials, such as wood accents and open frame bays, to humanise the tech environment
  • Redesigning the layout to promote flow, clarity, and product discovery
  • Delivering a consistent, scalable format across the retail network that balances aesthetics with commercial performance

This strategy was built on aligning retail marketing strategy with behaviour-led design thinking.
