What success did we aim to create?

Temple Spa approached us to create a premium Christmas gift box collection that would reflect the brand’s Mediterranean heritage, enhance product storytelling, and deliver a strong visual presence across luxury retail and spa channels. The objective was to drive seasonal sales and brand desirability through design that was both aspirational and distinctly Temple Spa.

How did we create the success?

We developed a creative packaging concept titled Windows to the Mediterranean, designed to evoke a sense of escape and indulgence. Our strategy included:

  • Story-Led Design: Each of the 15 box concepts featured black-and-white imagery of Mediterranean towns and villages, enhanced with accent colours from Temple Spa’s brand palette.
  • Channel Versatility: The packaging was tailored to perform across diverse environments—from Harrods and Selfridges to professional spas and Spa to Go classes.
  • Visual Impact: The combination of photographic texture, tone, and selective colour produced strong shelf standout while reinforcing brand values.
  • Cohesive Collection: While each box remained unique, together they created a collectable series that encouraged gifting and self-purchase.

What were the results?

The Windows to the Mediterranean collection became a standout campaign for Christmas 2015. The visual storytelling enhanced customer connection, while the packaging’s bold identity strengthened the brand’s presence across all retail channels. It contributed to strong seasonal sales and became a memorable moment in Temple Spa’s gifting history.
