What success did we aim to create?
We set out to create a scalable, engaging retail design concept that positioned Stiltz Homelifts as a lifestyle-enhancing solution, not a clinical necessity. Our goal was to deliver a retail brand transformation that raised awareness, humanised the category, and encouraged engagement from a wider audience beyond the traditional mobility market.
How did we create the success?
As a specialist retail design agency, we developed a highly visual, emotionally resonant retail concept that aligned with Stiltz’s evolving customer journey.
Our strategic approach included:
- Designing an immersive retail stand using 2D line illustrations, 3D elements, and lifestyle photography
- Positioning the lift at 45 degrees to optimise visual access and flow
- Using bold brand colour blocking and high-contrast visuals to improve readability and recall
- Creating tiered messaging for three key customer types: active buyers, family researchers, and unaware future customers
- Ensuring full scalability of the concept, from compact corner displays to full experiential stands
- Incorporating on-stand data capture to drive lead generation and integrate seamlessly with Stiltz’s sales funnel
We built a concept that communicates functionality and emotional value, while breaking free of conventional mobility design language.
